Single Leaf Fire Doors

Product Description

A single-leaf fire door is a fire-rated door designed to

prevent the spread of fire and smoke between different

areas of a building. It consists of a single panel that swings

open or closed on hinges, typically installed within a

fire-resistant frame. The door is constructed from

materials and components that meet specific

fire-resistance standards, such as those outlined in

EN 1634-1, IS3614:2021, BS 476, part 20 &22, UL label

doors as per NFPA 80, NFPA 252 & UL 10C or similar

regulations, to ensure it can withstand high temperatures

and maintain integrity during a fire. This type of door is

used to compartmentalize spaces, enhance safety, and

facilitate safe evacuation by containing the fire and smoke

to the area of origin.
